Professor Mark Fendrick recently participated in a briefing on Capitol Hill organized by the Biotechnology Innovation Organization along with Mich Bio, Biocom, CLSA and other health organizations. The briefing focused on the cost and value of prescription medicines to patients, caregivers and the nation’s health care system.
Fendrick, who directs U-M’s Center for Value-Based Insurance Design, is a professor in the Departments of Internal Medicine and Health Management and Policy.
