Two professors from U-M’s Climate and Space Sciences and Engineering department – Chris Ruf and Justin Kasper — participated in a NASA advocacy day, which involved meeting with Congressional staff during the day and an evening poster exhibition reception.

The Coalition for Aerospace and Science which hosted the reception is a group of approximately 40 private industry, professional organizations, universities – including U- M — and scientific societies united in support of increasing the NASA budget.
